HighLevel publishes three standard plans, billed monthly or yearly:
- Starter: $97/month ($970/year). Up to 3 sub-accounts, unlimited contacts and users.
- Unlimited: $297/month ($2,970/year). Unlimited sub-accounts and phone and email rebilling at cost.
- Agency Pro: $497/month ($4,970/year). SaaS mode to resell the platform under your brand.
Which plan does a small business need?
A business using GoHighLevel only for itself is usually fine on Starter. Unlimited and Agency Pro are designed for agencies managing several clients.
Another option is a sub-account inside an agency account: the monthly cost can be lower and the agency handles the technical side.
Usage costs to plan for
On top of the licence, HighLevel charges for usage:
- Phone numbers and SMS sent
- Emails sent
- Premium AI features
- WhatsApp integration: $10/month per sub-account, plus Meta conversation fees

GoHighLevel bills in US dollars and your bank applies the daily exchange rate. As a guide, expect the Starter plan to cost roughly €85 to €95 a month depending on the rate, before usage costs.
How much does setup cost?
The licence doesn’t configure itself. Someone has to build the CRM, pipelines, forms, calendar and automations.
